Rarely do electronics assembly manufacturing firms take on the challenge of mass customized electronics assembly.  As an integral part of the Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) group, Capnetix founders led the design and implementation of flow through assembly, with integrated material replenishment, and lot size of one in a high volume manufacturing environment.  Electronic display of CAD assembly drawings, automated material handling, automated test with quality data collection, laser marking of component labels, robotic assembly of odd sized components, PLCs controlling material handling, barcode readers to identify pallets, and chip shooters for standardized components were managed all with a well architected CIM system.
